The 198,000 sqft project included a modernization of an existing 1935 building and a new four story building with basement. The campus houses classrooms, a graphic communications center, science and computer laboratories. Other facilities located in the facilities are an underground parking structure, a bookstore, administrative and student services offices, café, child development center. The buildings are connected by an outdoor courtyard which links to the entry. The building's entry on Valencia Street is graced by a 20 foot Aztec mural. MDS provided full plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
