Dougherty Valley High School | San Ramon, CA

The 124 million dollar new high school campus for 2200 students was funded by Shapell Industries and Windermere BLC. It includes four two story classroom buildings with standard classrooms, science classrooms, food labs, photography, art and ceramics and technology classrooms. The 600 seat theater and pool complex is a joint-use partnership between the School District and the City of San Ramon. A new administration building, commons building with kitchen and library and sports fields and facilities add to this massive project. MDS provided full mechanical, plumbing and fire protection and energy modeling design services.
