Casco Residence | Pebble Beach, CA

Located on the RL Stevenson School campus in Pebble Beach, this 13,000 sf residence hall is the newest of five dormitories for the School. The student room wings, are connected by a large soaring commons room where students gather to socialize and study. The residence also includes 3 faculty residences and laundry rooms. The residence hall incorporates many green features such as radiant floor heating, high efficiency boilers and pumps, natural ventilation, DDC controls, low flow plumbing fixtures, natural light, high efficiency lighting and building envelope. This project was completed in 2012 and is LEED Silver certified.
