Mechanical Design Studio provided full design engineering services for the ground floor branch upgrade, and for new multi-floor corporate offices including board rooms, conference rooms, open workstations, telepresence audio-visual rooms, IDF rooms and breakrooms. In addition the project included a full service corporate cafeteria located on the third floor of the high rise, and a 24/7 call center.
Coordinating with the building's facilities and the bank's architectural group, the projects included new HVAC and plumbing systems and DDC controls. Base buildings were reconfigured to allow for the higher ceilings required by the bank's corporate TI standards.
