St. Joseph's Medical Center Patient Pavilion | Stockton, CA

The new 152,000 square foot, $117 million four-level Patient Pavilion added 79 new beds, and is connected to the existing facility with a pedestrian bridge and underground parking and passageway.

The HVAC systems incorporate sustainable design features such as 100% outside air heat recovery air handling units a dedicated energy center with high efficiency chillers, boilers, cooling towers and pumps, and integrated DDC controls. The Plumbing systems included the upgrade of the campus central Oxygen plant, medical gases distribution, central sewage lift station and all supporting plumbing infrastructure.

The Project was completed in 2010.
